Credit Cards Recommendation for Credit Cards V4, Please post according to Format stated

1. Annual Income: 36k to 48k
2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Preferably free
3. Card required for: Monthly insurance premiums (prudential, allianz), bill payments (eg astro, umobile), ewallet topup, online shoping
4. Existing credit cards (if any): CIMB Cash Rebate Platinum Credit Card, HSBC Amanah MPower Platinum Credit Card-i
5. Interested in CC from: no preference
6. Others: My fixed monthly spend is for my insurance, bill payments, & ewallet topup
Would appreciate much for recommendations

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: preferable, I’m low spender.
3. Card required for: Monthly spending estimate: Insurance (Allianz & Prudential currently): 1.3k Top-up to e-wallet (mainly shopeepay): RM200
Negligible expenses (eg occasionally): Petrol - RM 100 Groceries - RM 100 Grabfood - RM 50 Eat outside - RM50
Looking for: card that gives best return value out of above.
