Anyone able to watch astro channel 725 and 830? Not sure why these two channel showing service not available

The HD quality is using SD version to convert to HD.
Now planning for UHD?

Guessing again will force us upgrade to decoder UVR (Not PVR)..
And then will tell you just add on UHD version additional RM26.50..
Then will become HD RM26.50 + UHD RM26.50..

IF in the future got 3D version, then might be another RM26.50..

3D channel fail for Pay TV.
Better 3D experince is on cinema. Bcoz astro will compress kaw kaw 3D punya gambar.

No need to excited with 4K channel la.
Dulu masa astro introduce HD. Semua orang ingat "Oh yehh, now can watch all channel in HD". Reality only 4 channel in HD first...

While most home have basic FHD 🙏

Latest is 4K and HDR. That 3D thing when appear I already know sure dead because as long required glasses then it won't success.
Now even 3D movie in theater also start reducing.

Actually FHD is enough for most, but if want to enjoy HDR, need 4K TV as seems only 4K TV have HDR support.

Meanwhile in Indonesia, 4K is almost way ahead of its time.
First Media for instance, has added Love Nature 4K on its lineup.
I'm glad Asthrow is catching up with parts of the Nusantara too.
(As long as it's affordable, since 4K TVs are getting more and more affordable to the middle markets.)

But if want to buy new TV. No point to get FHD anymore since 4K is dirt cheap now.

It appears that you are unable to receive channels from the satellite transponder frequency of 12396MHz. The HD channels you mentioned are all from the same 12396MHz, which includes 709, 571, 722, 725, 637 and 830.

If Astro assign a technician to visit your premise to fix the technical problem after you tell them about this, the service fee will be RM65. Of course, you can adjust the satellite dish by yourself, provided if you are know how and confident enough.

To double confirm whether is it your satellite dish problem, you can check signal % reading by doing these steps (If you explain to Astro about the issue you encounter, they will advise you the same thing as below):
On your Astro remote control, press "home", and then "Settings" > "STB Diagnostics"
Press right arrow button to select "Tuner" tab, and then press the green button on your Astro remote to start Transponder Scan. Select "Yes, continue" to start the scan. Once it starts, it will show this:

You should get all 29 frequencies that stated as "Locked", and with the "Strength" reading of at least 70% and above, or recommended 80% and above (just like the screenshot above), except:

17. 10812MHz
19. 19111MHz
21. 19113MHz
28. 19120MHz

where these 4 transponders/frequencies at this numbering sequence aren't supposed to have signal (as of 15 April 2018), so it is normal that it is shown Unlocked and the Strength reading is 0%.
Other than these 4, you should able to get ALL frequencies. If any one of the frequency reading you get less than 70% or shown as "Unlocked", then satellite dish realignment is required, or check your cable condition. In your case, if 12396MHz is shown as Unlocked, and Strength reading is 0%, then..... you know the problem.
