Hi.
I just recently subscribed astro with hd
Currently using the new smaller dmt
My problem is all hd channels do not work. The screen will turn black with flickering video 1 sec, then black
Already change wit a new dmt, but the problem still persist. The technician suggested for me to upgrade to hd pvr to use its dmt as he said the small dmt is not compatible with my tv.
My tv model is samsung series 6 uhdtv
Anybody encounter the same problem?
*
Have you try reboot your Astro DMT? If still persists, try connect other HDMI ports on your TV.

Already reboot , change hdmi ports. Still same problem

Strangely, my SD channels are blurrier after the Astro installer came to troubleshoot certain HD channels showing "Service Not Available". Apparently, he changed the satellite entry point selection as well as recrimping the cable at the dish. Any idea why the SD channels now look worse? I asked him afterwards, he washed his hands off, said Astro signals either work or doesn't work only, no such thing as quality degradation....

Wow Astro biggrin.gif punya la ramai dah downgrade pakej. Dia bagi ni je brows.gif
To be relevent again please revise and give wide variety selection of good SD&HD channel smile.gif
People will lose Astro trust if their keep up the price or price remain same but 1 or 2 channel have gone already sad.gif

Next year let see if their keep the monopoly license or just let it expire biggrin.gif
I know it just satellite TV exclusive for use. But good to know if really expire devil.gif
I know not all best channel has expired their contract with Astro.
If other company want to start satellite TV broadcasting maybe good.
Maybe DiGi TV who know right? biggrin.gif laugh.gif
Since DiGi already success in mobile telco product.

RM60? That's the pricing of their family hd package. In the current economic situation, people no longer see pay TV as a necessity.
