showing astro boo ads for horror movies in most of the channels including midnight live football match really frustrating me

Normal la... They want customers to know about this channel, hoping customers will pay more money to Astro by subscribing to the channel. This is very normal, and nothing to be surprised.

Always to check any renew contract or not from astro if they gonna to give you "free refurbish" pvr set..

Usually and by generally, whenever your set-top-box is being replaced by any reason, either by upgrade or replaced due to faulty including the damage caused by lightning strike, or whatsoever, Astro don't care and they will restart your contract as follows:

HD set-top-box: 12 months
PVR set-top-box: 24 months

Astro has launches Astro Quan Jia HD on NJOI Prepaid platform at 25 January 2017. Not just launch Astro Quan Jia HD on NJOI Prepaid platform, Astro On Demand will be available in limited period starting 25 January 2017 to 15 February 2017.

Firstly, we would like to take this opportunity to apologize for the array of events which had led you feeling discontented with our services.

After reviewing your feedback, please be informed that  we have opted the current down conversion format for MTV (and other channels namely HBO, E!, DIVA and AXN) in SD 4:3 letter box as we are also looking into consideration to the customer who is still using certain variance of legacy box type whereby they might be facing issue where the channel will be black on the screen. At this juncture,  MTV channel is transmitting as per current down conversion format in SD 4:3.

Nevertheless, we will further review down conversion format and option should we move to 16:9 format for MTV and the rest of the remaining channels. Again, we would like to thank you for your valuable feedback.
