Looks a good deal. But 18 months lock in, early withdrawer with zero interest. 🤔 probably should wait if other bank provide better deal on CNY promotion.

No, it was only available when the promotion banner was visible for you after login to cimbclicks. Or with the magic link posted here. There was no limit how often you can do it, it did it three times.

Looks not so good to me. Do you get any interest for the 5k or 10k locked in CASA?

If not it is only 4.32% for 100k. If you do 500k it is 4.46%, I am not excited for 18 months.

If it were not for cimb’s 4.5% efd, i would deposit into hlb’s efd. December was pretty low with only 4%

AmBank 12 mth 4.3% only, no more promo for seniors of 4.4%.

CIMB 6 mth 4.5% and 12 mth 4.4% for Islamic FD still available.

Anyone has other new FD promo info?

The one I mentioned is OTC. Not eFD.

I also thinking of CIMB 12 mths 4.4%, or Ambank 12 mths 4.3%.

I just called CIMB, it ask me to go to bank counter sad.gif

Can you share your findings after you visit CIMB counter tomorrow pls?
