Done my eFD with HLB too. Simple, fast and easy :-)

had mine old eFD (hong leong) mature few days ago, the money was in my hong leong saving, transferred out to maybank, and back to the eFD via FXP. It works.

Done the cimb 6 mth eFD. 4.5%. The link still work. Will place again tomorrow due to daily online fund transfer limit.

just placed another 2 eFD 6 mth 4.5% minutes ago. Using Chrome without any problem.

when I click the link, the page open up but stuck in loading. I refresh the page and then it ask to log in. After log in, it ask something like PR or U.S citizen some thing and I click YES. it then bring me to the 6 mth promotion FD page directly. I key in the details and deal done.

Open up from cimb clicks app will not bring you to the FD promotion page. The 2 links provided in the forum here, 1st link always work fine for me.

Just done with my last placement with cimb 6 mth. The link still work. Thanks guys and good night.

Looks a good deal. But 18 months lock in, early withdrawer with zero interest. 🤔 probably should wait if other bank provide better deal on CNY promotion.

Malaysian have higher saving in FD than Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia. Totalling 212 billion as of Sep 2018. 😄

morning guys. Is it safe to place fd via the link above? Is the promotion available from normal (app or Web) login?

guys, how do you place efd for amount >50k? there is daily transfer limit for certain banks though. some bank is cap at 30k only. My cimb efd are matured today. Have some extra fund for efd.

Thinking to go for Hong Leong efd, 6 mth @4.2%.

lucky that bulk of fd matured a day before the bank negara announcement. All in the hlb efd 4.25%, although only 6 mth but better than nothing.
