in a way yes, but who would wanna really put in mykad, risking of lossing the mykad when everyday take in and out .

i mean in general, when people just buy the transit card, that directly translate to revenue loss to TnG if they ever go ahead with samsung pay, which would stop them to even thinking about implement mobile payment.

even their own system they dont implement, they implement mobile wallet instead, which is a different thing than transit card

i suppose the power bank we getting is the 5100 mah on their site right?

Well, it depends as so many companies are pushing for e-wallet thingy.
Local banks: CIMB Pay, Maybank Pay
Foreign titans: AliPay, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay (perhaps)
Local e-wallet: Touch&Go

what i mean is actually the update release by samsung to our region.

touch&go not yet live, even live i think would go down very fast.

Alipay n wechat have higher chances,

Malaysia Apply pay also don't have, US also don't have yet(e-wallet)....i think 2 years later also dont have....in other region, normally Apply Pay go in then the other 2 follow closely behind 1 or 2 month.

Maybank previously launch e-wallet before....after that, sunk, nothing happen....

Funny that Petronas is promoting to use smartphone for payment while they have this no smartphone sticker all over their stations.

i put in ic just for emergency cases only... sometimes, forgot to reload or ask friend to sent me to some where... so using ic to pay toll...

What platform are they promoting or collaborating with?

i did remember reading somewhere that, if you reach accumulated more than the daily limit, you would have to use physical card and pin to "reset" the daily limit.

my do not honor moment is when i try to "swipe" more than 1k

card error - if i am not mistaken for other error message, at starbuck, when my mst is too close to the credit card terminal that have both NFC and MST

I can confirm that I didn't reach the daily.
Yesterday before I swiped the same card using Samsung Pay with NFC. Amount is < RM 100.
The "Do not honor" message happened this morning.

Swipe "the" PHYSICAL credit card to "reset" SPay....do not use PayWave... must swipe and enter PIN to "reset"....

If still "Do not honor" when using SPay, it's time to shout at your financial service provider(s)...I have done that to RHB... I have tried to "reset" using PHYSICAL card two-three times but still get "Do not honor" error... after shouted, then only can "reset" whenever I want....

RHB system is not as mature as Maybank...
