QUOTE(dr2k3 @ Jul 16 2017, 07:25 PM) i doubt they would help, since he did not "give" business to Samsung Malaysia. sure got some service charge one not sure if Singapore Samsung would be able to help. i would recommend you report to Samsung Pay and bank regarding this anomaly, so they can fix it. they would need your transaction time, merchant location info etc.. QUOTE(prabjit93 @ Jul 16 2017, 08:45 PM) good, but as we discussed earlier with other forumer better check on service center for more info |

QUOTE(David83 @ Jul 16 2017, 07:28 PM) Turn on data/WiFi is for Samsung Pay to receive notification (capture the transaction), if you're aiming to join any contest from Samsung Pay. If you're not intended to receive notification nor joining the contest, this action is not required. QUOTE(dr2k3 @ Jul 16 2017, 07:28 PM) actually you don't need turn on data, but there is a limit on how many transaction it would approved. I see thanks for the info if i am not mistaken 5 if not 10. it's ok during low or no signal, but don't purposely turn off data haven't use any Samsung pay yet, feeling if not successful feel malu btw do I need to turn on NFC as else it won't work right ? |

QUOTE(Radiant360 @ Jul 16 2017, 10:54 PM) I had the same issue at kfc all their machine always down. Pay wave mostly works but the challenge or fun is mst. If they solve this we can practically use our phone to use on any credit card terminal basically need to wait apple pay coming to malaysia... and then all mechant suddenly accept pay wave...i thought when government push pin and pay/mydebit(with mandatory wave/nfc technology) sure all merchant update their terminal or atleast pushed by banks to merchant update their terminals... but still malaysian businessman typical minded... |

QUOTE(Radiant360 @ Jul 16 2017, 11:06 PM) Nothing beats Samsung pay MST even apple pay or Google pay is here. chances are very very low, by allowing it to be used on the phone, their revenue on the card sales would dropBut I really love the idea of wireless payment. Now just wonder when will touch and go allow it to be used on our phone. Transaction to be deduct directly rather than reload. same goes for apple pay, apple charge a sum on every transaction to bank, i don't think bank would like that. |

QUOTE(dr2k3 @ Jul 16 2017, 11:09 PM) chances are very very low, by allowing it to be used on the phone, their revenue on the card sales would drop For Samsung or Google, they push wide spread adoption by even subsidizing it and/or running contests/promos/partnership.same goes for apple pay, apple charge a sum on every transaction to bank, i don't think bank would like that. But for Apple, their business model is exclusivity and closed ecosystem; meaning you want to use my service; I need to get something from it; a slide of it. This is Apple that we're talking about; they're trying to distinguish themselves. |

QUOTE(Radiant360 @ Jul 16 2017, 11:17 PM) They don't earn from the physical card because you can return to get refund. They earn from vendor or merchant. That why parking charge u additional for the services or when reload. I hate the business model for T&G.When the wide push that they're aiming in Klang Valley with the so called recent success from Bangsar pilot, they have the same mindset or business model like Apple. For instance, take the toll usage for instance, it's like forcing people to use the system. |

QUOTE(AlexisStarZ @ Jul 16 2017, 11:46 PM) already got a habit love to turn off unnecessary things when not using If you put NFC button in the notification shortcuts (quick access), you'll see that the icon turns the blue once authentication completes.else feel like wasting battery (although data and wifi use very little battery) |
