Btw, noticed some cafes are using below pin and pay only payment terminal - can't swipe nor paywave at all...
Langsung can't Samsung Pay at all bangwall.gif

Yes, that is the most unfortunate case with the smaller cafe's. Even some mid sized restaurants also use these kinda merchant terminals. Kinda frustrating when you want to use Samsung Pay.

Obviously, they want people to adopt and use their cashless system which is the QR Pay. Going to be a lot of competition for cashless payment in the near future.

I hope Samsung Pay gives better offers and rewards to attract more people over to their side.

Saw this in one of the restaurants. The restaurant accepts cash only, but they have this MBB QR payment. Credit card is not accepted, hence Samsung Pay loses out.

So they are treating this MBB QR like cash ya. I guess it would be somewhat similar to Wechat Pay wallet which also uses QR code.

Interesting that consecutive transaction for this contest is 10 minutes apart. No chance to do separate transactions in 1 counter. Which is great.
