aha! now i'm almost certain that it's the firmware. (i thought i was the only one who faced this; noone seemed to report this) i have similar problems from time to time, but not that frequent.
better rma again, and better ask them don't apply the latest firmware update. (or come up with another firmware update)
note that if you put you hand under the board, where the controller is (which is around arrow keys) you will feel that place is relatively warm after some use.
edit: you can try out unplug the board from pc, press and hold fn + right alt and plug the board in to pc. also, press fn + e for 3-5 seconds, and fn + r for 3-5 seconds, source: http://community.coolermaster.com/topic/16...&comment=129604; somehow with the combo, my board returned to stock firmware version, 1.0.1, not the latest 1.2.1.
fn-right alt doesnt seem to do anything, fw still intact
anybody using Filco with Granite keycaps? the spacebar will always bottom out at one side. Previously using with Ducky or Rosewill keyboard doesn't have this problem.
trust me it will happen again, even the new rma board also like that
this one i do believe, because i have done the combos above several times, whenever it happened. (my issue is the following, not crash)
i think they screwed up the key rate part. sometimes, when i pressed fn key, and it indicated that i used 1x key rate option (f5), it's actually 2x. this usually happened when i switched between profiles. (even if i have key rate option disabled for all profiles, well, at least the software showed that) sometimes pressing f5 didn't solve it, hence reapplication of the combos.

looks like I'm gonna play the rma game for the 2 years im using this masterkeys

hopefully not :/ of all my boards, this is the only one that have weird issues after firmware update. even my old k70 rgb that i treated drinks on it several times still work as is :/ (with latest firmware applied also)
in my case, although it's just few key presses to apply resets, it's annoying. really hope they will come out with proper firmware fixes for this. (the chance might be slim because only you and me reported this lol)
edit: i still haven't done anything to it. all stock, except for the key caps. please don't tell me it's because of the caps:/

they haven't updated the firmware for quite some time, since 2016 iirc
the reports are there, just not mind blowing enough to get the wheels rolling

try placing the spacebar on flat floor/surface.
common problems for PBT spacebar is that it'll warped and the small difference in the stem's hole alignment will cause this issue.
true, especially longer space bars like 7x. not sure how to fix this.
i was lucky that satellite stems at both sides could fit firmly. the problem went away after that.
hairdryer. heat up the spacebar with hairdryer, but not too hot, as you don't want to deform the spacebar. just hot enough to slightly bend it straight.

ah nice thanks a lot for the tip. this is handy when i have one that needs fixing.
i usually ask the sellers to help double check the condition of space bars before they send them out. so far so good.
hmm, after changing the keycaps on my Tada68 (Gat blues) to OEM profile ones, the bottom out sound improved quite a bit, but then there is also the hollow sound due to the case design.
Today I put some non-slip pad to use as the case liner, the hollow sound is reduced significantly, leaving just enough low end for it to sound deep without sounding too hollow. Overall I am quite happy with this mod.

sweet this is a good idea that i haven't tried out yet. i wanna see if it can make the board more quiet, too
mind to share how you did it? what brand of non-slip pad is that? where to get it?

You can use kitchen drawer liners or rubber anti slip mats (those that you put on car dashboards). For me, I used automotive dampening pad for my Norbaeur case

I use those generic ones sold in Daiso. It looks something like this, except way larger.

I cut them up and fill up the grooves in the case, then in the last sheet on the very top I just cut a larger sheet that can fill the whole perimeter of the case, and cut some holes for the screws. Then screw in the pcb+plate, done.
