I just submit the application on Maybank website for Ikawan Gold Petronas card, but around 1 hour i direct receive reject messege, is this normal?
Or I need go to Bank for application more efficient?

This year same thing, rejected.

Went to 1U branch instead to get it done.
Staff that did for me says chances of getting rejected online is very high.

I just direct go to bank apply, and i also ask why I apply online will direct reject
The banker say because before that I got Maybank Credit Card (but i already terminate long time ago), so if u wanna re-apply need come to bank, if apply online will reject with no reason.

Yes for both questions.

No cash back for ShopeePay top up but cash back entitled for SPayLater.

maybank really funny, over the years, never successfully apply credit card through m2u, despite it being my salary account, used to have car loan at one period of time and now a house loan with them.

always have to email in or go branch and state shared credit limit.

like wth? might as well remove that option from online

On the other hand, I have less than RM1k in my Maybank savings account, zero loan from them and they approved my world elite card online 😂
