Never really try before, usually pay in full before they auto deduct.
Not sure if they will auto charge from the card to top up wallet and then pay the GrabPaylater
Or they directly charge the card and pay the GrabPaylater

But also, cant be sure if this will be considered "online" as they could categorize as "recurring" charge, similar to how subscription works.

Only way is to test it out haha. Update us on the result if you do so

Why is one of my Shopee transactions not getting cash back for Ikhwan AmEx?

It is a normal Shopee transaction, I had two transactions at the same time. One is OK, one is not. I called MBB already, they said they will credit back to me. The CS even asked if I bought goods or paying bills, since it was goods, so it is OK. He said paying bills may not be calculated.

today did 3 10.10 all with saved Ikhwan on Shopee.. didn't get any OTP/Secure2U

Bill payment @ Shopee -> "AIRPAY...". MCC 5964 not excluded for CB.
If not online, should get 2x Treatpoints instead. So check your Treatpoint balance at M2U or statement.

If not online, you should receive 2x Treatpoints a few days after posted. So check the Treatpoints balance at m2u.

I don't know why it is excluded. The merchant name is exactly the same as my other transaction. Even the CS laughed.
Just checked my latest statement, no it doesn't earn any TP too.
