QUOTE(boonhan @ Sep 28 2020, 10:41 AM) Actually i click, it asked me relogin also. not sure why. yeah same. the sso seems to be not working properly if login to 360 first, no option to online portal if login to online portal, then can jump to 360 (without login), but cannot jump back to online portal (somehow the sso token expired/not working)

SC credit card hard to get or what? Last time I apply, but the stupid bank staff never inform me that they gonna call. I keep waiting and waiting for 3 weeks and then missed their call because wasn't expecting them to call at all. In the end, declined due to missed call. And this staff very "nice" to me when I was applying for their Bancassurance. After cancelled that, suddenly not so "nice" any more. At least don't make it so obvious lah......bodoh. hi, the petrol cashback is seperate from online / autobilling if hit rm 2500 ? depends online = sub-limit of RM30 cb if no online, you can spend petrol/autobilling to max out rm60 cb if you want to if got online (max rm30 cb), then remaining rm30 cb can be from petrol/autobilling This post has been edited by cybpsych: Sep 28 2020, 11:52 AM

QUOTE(boonhan @ Sep 28 2020, 11:29 AM) try comparehero / ringgitplus, got nice free gift. I only wanted their PSA plan, can get 2.6% interest monthly into savings account. Not interested in credit cards per se and would not waste my time applying from any banks, unless they offered such plans. Only a few banks have this kind of offer. But all these banks also make it HARD to get their credit cards. Stupid or what? This post has been edited by Hobbez: Sep 28 2020, 12:05 PM

Stupid or what? if that is the case, i dont think they wont simply not approved your credit card just because you didnt pick up a call. what you might want to find out is if there's any thing that is making it difficult to get a credit card? past history, or no history can also be the reason. did you check ccris? you have not provided any useful information for anyone here to help you aside from ranting. opening PSA and applying for credit card is different process. it's basically like giving out a loan with no collaterals. Yes, the bank staff can check the ccris and they can tell you the reason. The bank staff told me. I missed their call. Don't think I'm ranting for no reason, ok? I was also informed by staff from other banks that local banks are even harder to get CC. This post has been edited by Hobbez: Sep 28 2020, 02:26 PM

Most of the time, they will call once for that day. If you lucky, they may call one more time on another day (sometimes not). So, keep the phone with you even taking bath/toilet during the normal working hours range 8am-7pm Mon-Fri. So what you need to do is call up the CS line, talk to CS to inform them to appeal the application to ask them to call you again. Hopefully you will be able to pick up the call.

The staff told me they take their calls seriously, so if missed their call, can forget about it. Anyway, loan moratorium apocalypse is approaching, so I think they are not in the mood to approve any CCs. It's not likely they will approve any new CCs when they are worried about all the loan defaults coming their way. This post has been edited by Hobbez: Sep 28 2020, 04:59 PM

Hi would like to ask regarding JOP card, how do I be eligible for the RM 60 cashback if I spend 2500 per month?
For example if online is capped at RM 30 at 15% would it mean RM 200 on online spending and the remaining RM 2300 has to be from Petrol, Autobill and Others?

It's not likely they will approve any new CCs when they are worried about all the loan defaults coming their way. 1) Don't miss the applicant verification call - I know cause I experienced it before 2) Nothing to worry about moratorium if your existing loan/CC payment are all in good health, e.g. CCRIS all zeros. CTOS high score.
