I thought the T&C said the RM 10 cash back will be credited with 3 working days after end of each round.

I didn't receive anything even though I got reload at 12:00, 12:01, 12:03 & 12:10 with JOP.

For January it's not ready yet.
It is only due by end of March 2020 or even longer.

All Daily Cashback Prizes will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder’s principal credit card account within 60 working days from the end of each calendar month of the Campaign Period.

The difference is just amount of cash bank from the amount to spend.

So JOP does receive RM 10 cash back from Boost?

Yes, I'm one of the victim.
Reloaded Boost on 15/2 at 12:00, 12:01, 12:03 & 12:10 with JOP.

I think he's referring for the JOP card benefit cash back.
