I have a lot of 100s BP transaction in August. not sure about bigpay mcc or else. but i got this issue in July. escalated to CS and they recalculate the cb back with adjustment credited (still not max to RM60, less about 34sen) from what CS said, their system couldnt identify bigpay txn to be eligible for cb. |

I will call CS when i have time.from what CS said, their system couldnt identify bigpay txn to be eligible for cb. And by the look of it, Setel (topup) is not a valid option anymore for JOP for petrol, after which they have now launched the features to make it even more like an actual ewallet. QUOTE(kawteem @ Sep 25 2020, 05:01 PM) Can you confirm this information? Do you know beginning when? You shall have been notified by Setel on 17/9. (check your Setel App)How do you differentiate between the old (before ewallet) and now? Any significant signs or pointers to look for, maybe in statement or ledger of some sort? Setel Wallet is no longer Petrol MCC. If you want to get Petrol MCC, you must use Setel CardTerus. |

Too bad I have to start pumping rm200 petrol for this month now (extra rm200 spending compared to the usual 2.5k on that end) Setel Wallet is no longer Petrol MCC. If you want to get Petrol MCC, you must use Setel CardTerus. |

If you intend to get more cashback from other payment channels, switch TNB/Syabas/Unifi/Digi/Celcom to Lazada bill payment, Shopee bill payment, 7eleven, e-pay.com.my, Pos Mobile, with ewallets (TNG wallet, Lazada wallet, ShopeePay, Boost, Grabpay which can be top up using JOP) This post has been edited by ClarenceT: Sep 26 2020, 09:51 AM |

QUOTE(noien @ Sep 26 2020, 12:33 PM) Sorry. Direct debit here means I put the card into tnb and let it debit directly? Direct debit - the transaction is initialed by the merchant (after you provide the card details to the merchant)If I pay maxis or unifi bill thru their app. Will I get cb for 15%? (if I already spend 2500) Online - you initialed the transaction eg your Maxis/Unifi transactions, you will get a OTP for verification to complete the payment. (Capped at RM30) But there are some grey transactions which is beyond you can control. So you need to learn from monitoring your transactions.
