You want to buy 2 floors or 3 floors house? Snakes are always there lah since Arahsia and Bayan closer to "natural environment". I don't understand what you mean by "blockage", as there is no sharing entrance between Arahsia and future Gemala, just these 2 taman facing each other only.

Looking for arahsia. Bayan have bigger front land compare arahsia. But not sure on built up. Cannot see many Arahsia owner here.

From what I know there are still 20 plus units available on Gemala, intermediate, corner, front row, second, and last row.
