I am eyeing on Arahsia and Bayan recently but cant decide which for the best choice.

I like bayan because it's closer to sjkc and also amenities nearby, closer to lake and also no blockage in the future in front of the entrance, but the downside is 100-200k more expensive.

Arahsia is more affordable but gemala will be located opposite right?

These are only point of view as a non resident.
Any resident can share two cents either Arahsia or Bayan better? It's for ownstay, family of 3, or max 4in the future.

By the way, heard got snakes on and off coming from the estate behind too 😳 anyway to prevent it? Takut ohhhh

You want to buy 2 floors or 3 floors house? Snakes are always there lah since Arahsia and Bayan closer to "natural environment". I don't understand what you mean by "blockage", as there is no sharing entrance between Arahsia and future Gemala, just these 2 taman facing each other only.

Visit all of the property you are interested to buy, then in the end conclude which property gave you the best feeling. (after comparing pros and cons) Because in the end when it comes to signing the papers, it all comes down to your feeling.

How the residents deal with the snakes?
