We know that there are a few selected houses in TA Bayan that has land settlement issues previously.
Tropicana was working with affected homeowners to fix/mitigate the issue.
In TA Cheria, after more than 2 years of VP..we are not aware of any land settlement issue within Cheria.

I suggest you talk to Tropicana if you are worried about your Gemala unit.
I am sure Tropicana will do their due diligence for future TA phases after the Bayan incidents.

I was one of the first few buyers friend(before freesia got the license I already booked). I already told them if can’t get the unit I want I don’t want to book but they confidently told me sure can get.

Not blaming them, just saying I got the right to cancel and advise to choose properly as it is hard to dispose a 1.8m house.

It happen at Bayan only, Arahsia not affected at all. Not sure how's the rectification work progress, but seems Tropicana is working hard on it.

I checked with SA, yes Bayan had such issue and I heard TA also terminated those contractor.. Gemala is same contractor as who build the Club House.. and according to them, Gemala land was left for 7 years and well settled..

The sinking is very random, not entire piece, worse was Chimes but that also certain units. Arahsia/Bayan form TA, Monterey/Terraza from Eco all reported certain units/spots with sinking issue.... see luck lor

Sometimes its their trick, when I bought my unit they told me that section is the final phase, not launched yet, must pick form current released unit. I tell them, if I dont get that particular unit, I dont want to buy ready to walk. Then they make a show of callign the sr manager, discuss ini itu finally say "THis is special case for you, dont tell anyone blah blah" all wayang la...

Never heard of any sinking issues in Monterey.
Can you quote which road has sinking issues or just hearsay? Cheers.

Ya my friend say arahsia and dalia all got sinking issue. worst is if your house is at the back lanes.

Back lanes is near road or HTC/kampung area ya.

You have any idea which contractor awarded for Gemala? Earlier phases if not mistaken is done by Kitakon. Not a bad contractor but the sub-structure may not done by them. Gemala I understood it takes approximately 3 years to complete. How they could done differently to ensure better soil stability? Any sifu can share you though here?
