Affin Hwang funds a were opened up to us at zero charge just recently back then the only way to get these funds were to buy them through Affin hwang at an agent's charge. of course by comparison Esther knocks out Anita by a long run or the other Malaysian bond funds. so naturally I took the chance to move move Malaysian bonds to Asia Pac ex Japan.

reasoning.

this will be one of many fed hikes and I do not think Malaysian bond funds will be safe from each impact thereby I am just wasting my time investing in something that drops then goes up while those monies should be used to buy better ingredients

I just sold off the remaining 1/2 of my Libra Asnita Bond Fund. I will redeploy the proceeds of sale later into my 4 new equity funds.

Libra, I will be back for you next year!!!

I also topped up the RHB Small Cap Opportunity Fund which has been bleeding non stop.

yes I agree with this. I been reading up on the future of Malaysia in 2017 through the eyes of a stock investor and many analysts say in banking and service industry along with development will play a vital role for our country come next year.

so instead of investing through UT in Malaysia I pinpoint the exact industries via stocks.

Sifus,
When u guys talk about Am REIT, which one u r referring to?

AmAsia Pacific REITS- class B MYR
or
AmAsia Pacific REITS Plus?

I read the fund factsheet. It seems that the latter is the continuation of the AmAsia Pacific REIT and it may invest in the listed equities in real estate sector..

What does that mean actually?
