Since we been talking about the refund and return so much. can we share a bit of personal experience here? Set aside the exploding problem.

I am not a Sammy fan boy. I always try different phone. From day 1, motorola, siemen, alcatel, sony ericsson, LG, samsung, Nokia, XiaoMi, Lenovo, HuaWei, Asus, HTC. I likes to play with different interface/UI to enjoy different user experience.

This is so far the Best Phone i have owned. Nice handling, not too heavy, nice camera, loud speaker. Of course there will always be room for improvement.

1. I have some issue with the speaker being place at the bottom. i like using my pinkie finger to support the phone and the pinkie sits right on top of the speaker
2. Edge glass. so hard to draw on the edge of glass.
3. Can be faster (greedy)

BTW, i turn off iris scanner since yesterday which i feel the phone always somehow feel a tiny bit warmer then a machine cold feel since i turn on iris scanner. maybe just paranoid?

Yes I wish they can trigger their on-ear speaker to full speaker like iPhone 7 does in the next generation but so far it's the best Android phone in 2016. No doubt.

Agree point 1 & 2 also. Huge bezel had its function beside looking awkward.

Bought a Sandisk 64GB Ultra Dual Drive Type-C OTG for my beloved N7.

What other phone is using USB Type-C?

Most of the cases are from US so they are strict toward that region.

am seriously considering if the refund is not inclusive cancel the contract plan cause switching to lower grade phone that will be obsolete in few months time is really dumb. nothing compares well to the note7.

Despite all these accusation, overall it's still a very good phone.

Shouldn't be a problem except the fact that Samsung no longer develop new software for it.

As much as I love the phone, I really think not worth the risk to keep the phone - risk of no updates, being forcibly shut down or catching fire.

It's very "picky". OnePlus officially says USB OTG is not supported but ends up working with SOME of them.

i used s1 & note 1, then iphone until now.
using a spare note 5, seriously thats why it doesnt attract me for any model before s7 edge.
even the note 5 im using now, i feel its not a very good user experience compare to iphone (in terms of the interaction and touch of the screen), i also accidently press the back or touched the screen, its indeed very bad user interaction experience, for more than 6 years, still no improve, then i try s7, so much better, thus assuming the note 7 should go the same.

What I meant was that the phone would be kept in the drawer and powered down, not used. Right now, I still have yet to power down my phone. Feels sad to power it down. Did so once last time, this round, will wait a bit longer.
