Since we been talking about the refund and return so much. can we share a bit of personal experience here? Set aside the exploding problem.

I am not a Sammy fan boy. I always try different phone. From day 1, motorola, siemen, alcatel, sony ericsson, LG, samsung, Nokia, XiaoMi, Lenovo, HuaWei, Asus, HTC. I likes to play with different interface/UI to enjoy different user experience.

This is so far the Best Phone i have owned. Nice handling, not too heavy, nice camera, loud speaker. Of course there will always be room for improvement.

1. I have some issue with the speaker being place at the bottom. i like using my pinkie finger to support the phone and the pinkie sits right on top of the speaker
2. Edge glass. so hard to draw on the edge of glass.
3. Can be faster (greedy)

BTW, i turn off iris scanner since yesterday which i feel the phone always somehow feel a tiny bit warmer then a machine cold feel since i turn on iris scanner. maybe just paranoid?

am seriously considering if the refund is not inclusive cancel the contract plan cause switching to lower grade phone that will be obsolete in few months time is really dumb. nothing compares well to the note7.

OnePlus 2 cannot use the USB OTG. lol

I could be keeping the phone. Dont feel like returning it.

Guys, I would like to ask for opinion.
Previously i bought pre-order S7edge at RM2479.20. Used for about 5 months then sold it at RM2200, and pre-order Note 7 at RM2879.10
Now have to refund Note 7 and get back money.
Would you choose to buy back S7edge again? (cheapest i can find right now RM2500+) Or take the refund money and look for other brand?
If other brand, my current choice will be either 7 plus or OP3.

Exchange = samsung get scold because s7 edge too cheap
Refund = samsung get scold because want to refund RRP price instead of pre-order price
Exchange + rebate Rm300 = samsung get scold also because Rm300 too less
No refund accessories = samsung get scold also

Haiz samsung.. pity man you.. anyhow samsung still get scold haha..

you can choose not to pre-order, all of these are a tragedy. no one wanted it, include samsung as well.
