I am not a Sammy fan boy. I always try different phone. From day 1, motorola, siemen, alcatel, sony ericsson, LG, samsung, Nokia, XiaoMi, Lenovo, HuaWei, Asus, HTC. I likes to play with different interface/UI to enjoy different user experience.

This is so far the Best Phone i have owned. Nice handling, not too heavy, nice camera, loud speaker. Of course there will always be room for improvement.

1. I have some issue with the speaker being place at the bottom. i like using my pinkie finger to support the phone and the pinkie sits right on top of the speaker
2. Edge glass. so hard to draw on the edge of glass.
3. Can be faster (greedy)

BTW, i turn off iris scanner since yesterday which i feel the phone always somehow feel a tiny bit warmer then a machine cold feel since i turn on iris scanner. maybe just paranoid?

Yes I wish they can trigger their on-ear speaker to full speaker like iPhone 7 does in the next generation but so far it's the best Android phone in 2016. No doubt.

I'd go for OP3, 7 Plus is fine but you need fork out large chunk of money compared to OP3.

Understand what you mean but they seem trying their hardest not to give replacement set. When I go ask, they need go to original store exchange with original owner even with receipt. At least that's how I feel.

If they are really sorry about this situation they should've exchange with no question asked hmm.gif Not bashing or anything but simply voice out my opinion.

Refund 2800 isn't a good deal to me sweat.gif it is the only way unless you want keep the phone as a brick with no updates and risk.
