Just call CS that you want to convert your card. Why not even if it's same Visa? From the same bank.

The convertion was rejected. Reapplication of new card in process.

Are you sure? I received CB for TNB paid via uobpayonline last month

Huhhh really ahhhhh...i jus got off arguing about my my jan bill...jus because of tnb bill of like 80bucks....
I was surprised as to y i only got back 20bucks for this mth bill so i called them up. They told me i due to my tnb...cos th rest of my txns are really online retail so it cant b those and the reason i paid tnb thru payonline also is to make up the 800bucks limitation...

I m wondering...wen is your stmt cycle? mine is mthend mayb they just changed it?

doesnt matter on the statement cycle. uob tabulate all the transactions for the whole Jan.

perhaps you can share when did you perform RM80 TNB @ uobpayonline?

others (who gotten cb) can compare when they swiped similar to yours, then we would know (possibly) the cutoff when they excude TNB from their calculation.

I thought it doesn't matter what u spend, as long as ur spending is above 800, then the online spending will be eligible for 6% cashback.. y missfroggy only got RM20 for 700+ Online spending?

I guess the only way for YOLO card user to get TNB rebate is by paying through Shopee.com, or use the M2U Amex card ( another topic, eligible for 5% rebate )

With this uncertainty, may be it is best that from next month onwards, probably got the option of getting 5% CB using m2Amex@M2U, n without the rm500 & rm800 threshold of Yolo, but 1% less CB. Another good option is PBB VS.

Exactly my thoughts tooo....exactly my arguements but the CS keep talking about TNB not included in CB and it is in the TNC....

Then i was like....yes eventhough you take out 89bucks...i should still get more than 20 wut....
she was like no TNB cannot be calculated for cb...going round n round again....
later i think i m going to bug them again....

This is my purchases in JAN17.
OneShop.com.my $200.00
Electric payonline $89.00
Althea $357.00
Webserver $177.00
Time $10.64

Another reason maybe is because your TNB date considered as Feb payment.
After deduct the TNB, your total is less than 800.
So that is why you only entitled RM20 (max).
