The AF for this card cannot be waived right? Unlike usage of VOX card where 1 usage everymonth can waive the AF

VOX is monthly charges while YOLO is Annual Fees.
Yeah, still don't know if can be waived next year but use first and think later. biggrin.gif

Noted, since i can't find any clause for AF waiver at the TnC for YOLO. Will proceed to use this card for my TNB, Unifi, Streamyx using UOB payonline for cb rclxm9.gif

Is it true that new UOB yolo card can only be collected from UOB branch? The CS told me they won't send credit card using courier service anymore, it has to be collected at the branch

All card applied via online will have to be collected from branch - CS confirmed it.
Application via agents, will be sent.

Dear Yolo card user, will UOB send us a email with monthly statement? I have yet to receive my first statement for the month ( i activated my card on 26th January 2017, collected personally from UOB branch myself ), i checked the online system also can't view my statement ( keep saying statement not available ). When i called up the CS they told me my statement due date was 14th Feb 2017, and i will be charged interest for the late payment ( they didn't even SMS me my statement how am I suppose to pay, i can't view my statement online as well as it is always not available ), anyone has idea on this? Are u guys able to view your statement for the first month? Or they will only send me my statement after 2months? rclxub.gif This is the first time i am getting such problem, never happened to me as i am holder of many other different bank CC ( Maybank, CIMB, HSBC, Standard Chartered ) doh.gif

I guess the only way for YOLO card user to get TNB rebate is by paying through Shopee.com, or use the M2U Amex card ( another topic, eligible for 5% rebate )

hi,just got call from uob branch today telling that I need to collect my card at their branch, need my thumb print for that.
Is there any ways to call them send to my mailing address instead of I need to take time to walk into their branch which quite a distance from my working place to take my card?
In the same time, I was wondering why they need my thumb print but maybank just send the card to my house.

Happened to me as well, they can't send it and request all new card owner to collect it at branch wink.gif

Wait and see CB report for Feb'17 which should be credited on end of this month.

If CB for TNB via UOB Payonline was removed then i would have to say  bye.gif  to this card before the first anniversary to avoid AF. Currently >70% of my CB for this card was from payment to TNB  sad.gif

Waiting to know this as well, my TNB bill is close to RM500 everymonth using this YOLO card

Sorry for OT but seems like shopee does not accept AMEX, only visa and mastercard.

I went to the shopping cart and you will see only visa/ mastercard option, as for cvc, you CANNOT enter 4 digit cvc for amex as the cvc only allows 3 digit.

Anyone can still try to pay with amex with a 3 digit cvc and test whether it works smile.gif

What i meant was paying at M2U using amex card during weekend, not shopee thumbsup.gif

The best way is still to pay using shopee, but then it would involved additional channel and the processing time will be slower sad.gif
