I think their system not so intelligent to capture cross month transaction... everything should captured in Jan as UOBPayonline transaction date = Posting Date too...
Do you have any transaction that have February 2017 as posting date? maybe this is the reason..
Anyway, CS info cannot be trusted, u may request them to file a case for investigation on why ur cashback is not RM44.68 (i.e. 6% of ur online transaction exclude TNB)

It is counted as 31Jan or JAN CB...else the CS wont be mentioning this TNB bill.... sad.gif
I also wish this is the case...coz feb i have dbkl and tnb as well....which i think probably burn again....

yeaps...am planning on that too....
and i am thinking probably they are counting manually ie download all txn and manual calculate which is why some people get it some dont.
I know SC is doing this...


Actually i am wondering....issit because bills cannot be calculated(i reread the tnc) hence i dont hit the rm800 spend, thats y i only get rm20? meaning it cannot be use to hit the tiering as well as CB?

My 2c feeling is that TNB posting date is considered when calculating eligible spending amount. You know sometimes CS can be wrong, our forumers here can be a better CS than the bank's. sweat.gif

but canot be woh...if they did not take this rm89 as consideration, why did they keep saying this txn is not included in JAN17 rebate calculations? might as well just say i dont meet the rm800 cash rebates because not enuf txn?
Btw...i have like 3 txn made on the 31st Jan biggrin.gif

i dont think feb txn will help kua since it wont be calculating JAN17 cb...

cannot be too.....because i had txns exactly like these previously because every month i do last min txn to make it up biggrin.gif ...unless they changed it this month sad.gif
and still....CS kept harping on only the TNB Rm89 bucks not making it...

May be there is cut off date for CB calculation on trxs that posted in the next month, like b4 7th.
Those two trx posted on 7th actually took 7 days, was it similar for prev months?
I still think that it is not your TNB trx cos so far u r the only one having issue.

Perhaps can show us the previous month's transactions which you mentioned that are counted into minimum spending requirement? For comparison
