Hi, wanna ask, how do I make payment for my credit card using CIMB Clicks? I can select the UOB -> credit card but what information should I include as in how they know that the bill for the particular card has been payed.

Or is there other method to pay for the card? I logged into my UOB account but found no option to pay.

Thanks in advance.

Just interbank transfer (GIRO) and select credit card payment, account no. is your UOB credit card no.

finally today someone called and inform my conversion for vox to yolo is success after so much huu haaa with uob...

after i got all the cash back for vox.. i called and ask for conversion for my vox to yolo.. the cs said somebody in few day time will contact me..  waited 1 week.. no body call up.. i call back uob to check with them, the cs told me there is no record that is request to convert.. screw them and the cs said will proceed for me. After 2 week i received letter saying that my application for yolo is REJECTED. i immediately call uob and ask them why. I told them i just call to convert the vox to volo since vox revised all the benefit and is useless now, and im with uob with 2 year without a single late payment and my annual income is way way lot than the minimum requirement. The cs say will put request again and get back to me within 2 working days..

and today... someone called... successfully converted..and will send to me by pos laju... i login to uob website.. my vox gone and replace by yolo...

1 month the whole process.. so i would suggest just apply yolo as a new card and then cancel the vox instead of converting like me.. to save up some problem .

I used email channel to convert my VOX.

Morning email sent, just before 12pm, someone from UOB (I think is UOB telemarketer ) called me to help me on apply Yolo card.

Then just before 5:30pm another call from UOB also want to help me apply Yolo card.
Guess whoever is hardworking early bird get the worm.

Once my Yolo card approved, I received SMS from mobile number (I believed it's d telemarketer number) informing my card is approved n I will be receiving Yolo card soon.

Now whatever shit issue problem I email UOB.
Like my e statement viewing... Keep complaining... I even received call telling my E-statement will be able to view on Monday...

Important! Calling all Yolo card holders who didn't meet the minimum annual income requirement, that is RM36k, please call to CS to confirm whether or not your Yolo card is Lite Plat or normal Plat. If Lite Plat, you will not enjoy first year annual fee waiver and it will be charged on the 2nd or 3rd statement, only 2nd year they will waive, then 3rd year onwards every year will be charged. When I called the 1st CS, she told me all this. After that I called again, another CS also said the same thing.

Only UOB PRVI Mile, Preffered Plat MasterCard and Yolo Plat have Lite version. They have the same benefits as their normal counterparts, just that if your income didn't meet the requirement, UOB will still issue you Lite version, but they won't tell you that! Even online banking and UOB website don't have any info about this! I have called to upgrade my Yolo Lite Plat to normal Plat just now. So yeah, you have been warned.

QUOTE(kelvinlzy @ Nov 11 2016, 11:17 AM)
Yolo Plat has 2 version, Lite and normal. So every Yolo card will have a Plat wording on the card, just that you won't know whether it is a Lite version or not.

If your income record in UOB system is more than RM36k when you converted or applied Yolo, then it is safe to say yours is normal Plat. Lite Plat will only be issued if system determines that you are not qualified for the card.
Yup, couldn't find any info about it anywhere. Problem is all the CS are aware of the existence of Lite version of CC. That's what pisses me off.
Calling CS is the fastest. If not you can email them to ask. Even internet banking and statement won't tell you that.

Thank you for confirming the validity of the UOB Yolo Lite information I heard from UOB CS. smile.gif At first, I thought that I am the only one who received misleading information from a clueless UOB CS. Anyway, everyone in this UOB thread should be wary of Yolo Lite existence.

Definitely for the new Yolo Lite card applicants with annual income of less than RM 36k, the annual fee will be charged on the second month or third month of the first year of using the card. As kelvinlzy confirmed, annual fee for the second year will be waived.

Here is something extra, informed to me by UOB Telemarketer who processed my application for Yolo card. For existing UOB VOX cardholder (with annual income of less than RM 36k) who convert or apply for UOB Yolo Lite card, annual fee will be waived for the first year, and instead will be charged during the second year. For these Yolo Lite cardholders (converted from VOX), the charging of annual fee will be similar for those cardholders of normal Yolo Card. Maybe, this is how UOB continues to reward the existing VOX cardholders with annual income of less than RM 36k.

Again, this is unverified information given by UOB Telemarketer. Let's see, if there are other Yolo cardholders who do receive similar information.

For those income above RM 36k per annum, it's up to the banks to give CL. Not necessarily it's 2x or 3x of basic salary.

Just pay the total amount due which is your statement balance. Current balance will involve current spending after statement has been generated.

Yes.

Check under unbilled transaction. It may take 2-3 days to reflect.

Hi Peeps, need check to check if anyone has bought the B1F1 Deal using YOLO For GSC?

There is a term where it states:

"8. Cardmembers will be entitled for the Complimentary Ticket for purchases made on
Wednesdays only.
9. To be entitled for the Complimentary Ticket, Cardmembers can only select movies that will
screen on any other day except Wednesdays. (E.g. Buy movie tickets on Wednesday for a
movie screening on Thursday) "

Does that mean I will not be able to buy a ticket for a Wednesday screening or anyone manage to grab that wednesday deal?
