guys, for those that cancel vox and then apply yolo, will the yolo card appear on ur online banking once the card approved?
i called customer service last wednesday and informed me that my yolo has been approved, but until now i dont see yolo on online banking nor i received any card sent to my home address nor i received any call from uob branch to collect the card...

You can view your new approved Yolo in credit card pin creation.
It is not appear in account summary coz the card is not activated yet.
If not appear, then pls call cs to verify.

VOX cancelled and gone from uob online banking once the outstanding has been paid
finance charge for YOLO reversed, Preferred Plat cancelled and oso gone from online banking
no calls from cancellation/marketing team for both cards

Did any of you UOB card owners got the replacement cards with the 6-digit authentication?

I had received replacement for VOX before and which I have terminated recently. You will need to create your own PIN after that.

I am using One card but have yet to receive mine yet. Well maybe I just have to wait a little longer then

darn uob, promised to convert my vox to yolo, till today no news at all. And i kena charged rm6 for not swiping my vox last month. today called them to cancel the stupid vox.

do they waive the month fee Rm6?

u ned to ensure either it is waived or u pay it. u should not leave the balance in the credit card
