May I know for Yolo card, I paid my utilities ( unifi TM, syabas, tenaga) , then telecommunications( celcom & digi) through UOBPayOnline using 5 separate transactions , all in around 400 for this month november , my total spending using Yolo is over rm800 now for this month , does I entitle to get the 6% Online Purchase Cashback(out of the rm400 using UOBPayOnline)? If yes, when would it reflected in ? December statement?

Yes entitled. It will only show by end of December, so should be in January statement unless your statement date is at end of the month.

I supposed you spent those items in this month right?

Anyone success to waive for VOX admin fee? I missed to used the card which I thought at least perform once transaction a month till now I just realize is not by calendar month.

I got call to CS and told admin charge cannot waive. Actually plan to cancel just drag till today still no action.

Can waive. I tried once unintentionally because I was travelling during the statement cycle. I still called to try my luck but I got a CS who insisted it was based on calendar month and it was a glitch from their side. I made a transaction within the month but for previous statement cycle.

That said many got waived before. So try calling again and another CS will waive for you. Then you can proceed with cancellation at the same time to avoid it from happening again.

since new cards until now, earlier was combine CL, now all cancelled left only this YOLO, CL still remains rm61.5k.

Well, I doubt you are going to use that much right? Especially YOLO basically has no more purpose after 833.34.

I recently got my VOX admin fee waived. Transaction within calendar month but outside billing cycle. After several calls and emails, finally got the waiver. Actually I requested for the T&C for VOX, they try to avoid giving me the document and finally just waived the fee plus gst. VOX cancelled but still can view online. Now pending transfer the RM6.36 credit to One card. Hopefully, UOB will not charge admin fee again...
