Have anyone received cash back for YOLO???

I still didn't receive for September and October yet... should I call them and Make a fuss? Lol... 😈 😂

I believe it should work.. But I dont seems to get YOLO cashback for spending in September which I've charged through Agoda for USD300++..

So I've called the CS And dealt this matter with their manager.. Being a horrible bruce.gif customer for once.. lol..

Then he checked through and given me the cashback.. So I suppose this is some manual work but it should work..

nah.. not that.. got the card on the last day of month so opted to pay instantly for the full price...

the manager told me it's system glitch that's why it was not captured etc..

done another booking in october... so can only confirm later this month...

paid for one bill on saturday.. one on Sunday and another one on Monday about 5pm...

None of it is captured as of now.. still waiting for monday transaction confirmation as it is after the cut off time...

guess need to redo the saturday and sunday's bill...

I have the OTP Msg for all three transactions as well...

Just received those emails- oh dear...

Those transactions done over the weekend all failed- the email states "unable to process".

Initiated them on weekend and still no notification on Monday. Then I called the CS To counter check two subsequent days and they all confirm no record or floating charge on my card whatsoever. So I was very convinced and re attempt on them.

Now I have 3 payments to TNB and twice to phone bills.

Anyone ever ask for refund from TNB? Lol... I don't really want to over pay three months in advance...

Hi Peeps, need check to check if anyone has bought the B1F1 Deal using YOLO For GSC?

There is a term where it states:

"8. Cardmembers will be entitled for the Complimentary Ticket for purchases made on
Wednesdays only.
9. To be entitled for the Complimentary Ticket, Cardmembers can only select movies that will
screen on any other day except Wednesdays. (E.g. Buy movie tickets on Wednesday for a
movie screening on Thursday) "

Does that mean I will not be able to buy a ticket for a Wednesday screening or anyone manage to grab that wednesday deal?

Encountered the same... and left a feedback at Paradigm- just a sorry on the spot and SA branch- got a call back from the branch duty manager and say they are looking into it. There is nothing they can do.

So dont think any complain going to help.

Perhaps raising it to TNG better that their so called partner is cheating... lol!
