actually mbb is smarter now, putting this into T&C.

in actual fact, this has existed previously, just that it was not documented.

i had one coffee purchase (RM14.80) using amex during weekend. come 1st of the month, no cashback. filed a report and cs said no cb to be awarded if less than RM1. i argued that no black & white stating this point. cs proceed to file a complaint. after 1 week+, i've received a cashback adjustment of RM0.74

i did received 5% CB for me using ikhwan master to pump petrol on motor which every transaction is less than rm10 usually RM6-7 per transaction

What you need to do is to have a total transaction of over RM20 in a month to get the cash back. One month I just use my card to pump petrol for RM5 and did not spend anything else in that month. I did not get the cashback for that month

Yes, it should be total transaction amount instead of single transaction amount.

just wanna ask for the sake on the increase of the interest rate from 0.74% monthly to 1.25% monthly. may i know when exactly they will count the outstanding balance interest. is it on 1st every month? if that's the case, will they off set with cash back first? or how?

was wondering is it worth to do ezypay plus? so its 6.9% + 3.88% on top let's say RM1k = its RM1k+6.9%+3.88% = divided by tenure either is 6 months or 12 months correct?
