Nope, I don't have in-game purchase. Anyway, I don't think iTunes and Apple Store are using same gateway. Either way to call every time to release it is such an inconvenience measure from them.

Yes, AmEx. One forummer reported every time but I never had issues with this because Maybank told me mine is already activated permanently.

Which email address you sent to? So far my emails were sent to mbbcardservices@maybank.com.my and though they are slow but I still got replies. Probably every 2-3 days I will get a reply from them.

Else, you can just walk in to any nearest branch to get it updated. Bring along latest 3 months payslip and EFP statement just in case. I did mine early last year in KLCC branch. There is a form to fill in.

Nope, it takes some time. I saw that in July and only got all the cards last week.

Anything interesting with that? My VS is Visa Paywave though.

Called Maybank just now to activate my VS and M2Cards for overseas usage and the CS told me it is no longer needed for Maybank credit cards.

Alright saves one hassle for me.

Few have reported before they have 2 sets of M2Cards and Ikhwan MasterCard, I.e. Gold and Plat.

However, my M2Cards gold were deactivated immediately after the Plat cards were activated.

It is considered as "Utilities" which gives 1xTP.

Can call CS to remove it from M2U, it will be gone after few days.

That said there are a few forummers with active M2Cards Gold and Plat, Ikhwan MC Gold and Plat, still can be swiped and it seems with separated cash back quota.

Yes, still can be used. I sign all the time. Even now I have PIN & Pay card, I'm still signing in overseas. Currently in Bangkok now.
In Japan, China, Europe, all I sign even China and Europe use PIN most of the time.

Can you apply for BT if the PIN & Pay card is not active?
Many said cannot apply BT until that is activated.
