I think the bank engaged 2nd team to recheck all the transactions and verify the cashback before releasing to the cardholders (to avoid dispute). Delay on release of Cashback for the month of July2016 and Oct2016 because more transactions were recorded (10 days for 5 weekends, instead of 8 days for 4 weekends)
