did it once with aasia.
luggage got crack after collect,
then go to luggage claim there, fill in form,
they put some stickers and took photo,

after a week or so,
receive a letter to get a new similar luggage type at their appointed luggage shop
went and get a new one

if your luggage is those expensive type live LV or Hermes,
then I dunno.

if claim from airline, need to purchase airline's insurance, right? like AA - TuneInsurance.

i wonder is supp credit card, did not pay his/her outstanding amount, principal will need to bear? how it is reflected in the statement?

purchase in groupon using amex, doesn't require TAC/Bank verification, it directly proceed when confirm purchase

not sure if this is the right place to post about M2U Challenge, if this is not appropriate pls report and delete this..

how this level 3 challenge works? so far, i already performed two times card payment (for visa and amex) of rm100 each, but it still shows "1 of 8" ?

sorry if been asked before.. too long didn't read..
so, as long as any retail/online purchase using amex exceed rm500 (i.e. rm501 onwards) will only get x1 tp?
then might as well split the purchase to be under rm501 (whenever possible)?
