You guys should report it to Maybank. I have been using two of my Maybank CC and both of them have their transaction histories.

I am having issue here as well viewing the transaction history. My transaction amount is only 3.90

Called CS and they told me the history shown in app is as reference only and may not be accurate, always refer to the bank statement or M2U card transaction history for the accurate 1.

Maybe there is some problems with the transactions history kot. Today use Maybank cc at mcd drive thru and jaya grocer gurney paragon both success but no transaction history.

Do your guys Apple Pay still available to use? My apple pay gone!! When I want to use Apple Pay, it shows my card is invalid. When I remove and want to add it back, there is no apple pay can add card in my phone. Now only left the Vaccine Certificate. Anyone know how to solve?

Grab almost impossible since it contradicts with their grab pay. Foodpanda however got hope as it’s already available in SG, plus it doesn’t have its own payment method so no contradiction exists.

Hi all, quick update to the Apple Pay missing transactions. I have contacted Maybank and this was their solution. Contrary to what my first post was about "avoiding to disable/enable transaction history", that was the way to solve it. Apologies to cause confusion to others.

Steps:-
1. Disable "Show History" in the card details under Transactions in the wallet app.
2. Force close the wallet app.
3. Restart your phone.
4. Re-enable "Show History". Wait a few minutes and it should show.
5. If 4 didn't work, force close the app once again and restart.

These above steps worked for me, and hope it can work for you all too. Should they not work, I suggest to contact them and report as well.

Side note: There was still one transaction missing for me, and all previous transactions map data have been lost. I have asked Maybank for a follow up to this and will update here whenever they get back to me.
