Me too, today paid at McD kiosk, usually MAE app and M2U app will show notification and transaction history in wallet, but nothing at all. However transaction history in MAE app show it.

used at these places lately, even few ringgit transaction has gone through smoothly
when was paying in Sasa, Grabpay hang at their terminal, but appleway went through in few seconds

I too had the same issue. First purchase didn't show up, but second one did. Neither received a notification through MAE.

PS: Don't be like me and toggle on/off the transactions "show history" as that will remove all past transactions

Lol .. yesterday i was playing Nintendo Switch and the right joycon = NFC if u aware of it.

I picked up my phone and placed the Switch in front of me on the table.
After done reply msg, i then placed the phone cross over the switch (meaning pass by the right joycon NFC)
The apple wallet suddenly shows up and request FaceID, lol ...

Can't say for Petron, however I have tried at Shell using Maybank Debit Visa. To my surprise, the RM200 pre-auth was instantly refunded upon filling up, and the actual amount was charged right away. Interestingly though, the transaction in M2U shows up as "Sale Debit" in All Transactions, but not in the Debit Card history (which shows other AP transactions in detail, such as merchant name).

Shell so far I haven’t see contactless pump near my area but petronas and bhp yes

I'm in East Malaysia and haven't tries contactless pump shell, instead I just pay it near counter (Apple Pay barely works by counter because of thick glass lol)

So far I have only tried the one near my area (couple times), but I would assume it'd work the same across others. Need confirmation from other forumers. I did however use my watch to pay instead of phone, but again, both should be the same result.

Never encounter any Petron pump with contactless though. I wish they do.
