Did your neighbour complaint to TM instead to you only? TM may be about to troubleshoot the problem. TM router may need to replace with new one free of charge. It's not what news to us. Just the same news posted over and over. Bear in mind of "The greatest beneficiary on the upgrade will be those currently on VIP5 and VIP10 subscribers". The rest don't put high hope on other package. It is also stated by news that TM already started upgrade speed vs price since few months ago. Not just due to Budget then only upgrade. There is an exhibition at Mid Valley and an TM agent offer RM179 (Bundle HyppTV Pack) with free call. I didn't accept his offer since I don't believe what he said on free call part. Don't want later end up need to dispute with TM.

1 month rebate? But still the same as free one month from TM Online. I dont see any advantage like last time Streamyx which long ago only rebate given by agent vs TM online gave nothing.
