hi. i'm planning to subscribe to advance 30. if they are going to upgrade to 50mb next year, will the router given by tm for advance 30 support the 50mb speeed? and how about other 3g devices?

so if i'm using my 3g phone i will still get full speed if connect to wifi right? and 1 of my pc at home is an old pc running windows xp. i think the network port is 54Mbps only. can still receive full advance 30 speed?

Two things here. 3G/H+/LTE has nothing to do with your UniFi package. It is two separate things. That depends on your telco package e.g. Maxis, Digi, Celcom and also your phone's capability if it can achieve LTE or just H+. Once you connect to your home WiFi, your data package will be stopped until your WiFi is disconnected. So, they are not related at all.

Regarding your network card, I can see it is quite an old one. Suggest you buy a better network card or USB wireless adapter. Else, I don't think it can achieve full 30Mbps.
It is removed again right after that? TM can always argue it is a mistake from their end. laugh.gif

installed advance 30 few days ago. got average speed 27/28mbps only. sad.gif
but ping is good tho.

ok la but actually the installer said can get full speed or even more. he said maybe tm working on some upgrading in my area. but i really don't think so. i don't do torrenting but normal download can get around 1.2mb
