Back to this UniFi password, I got to know from Google when I wanted to setup my new router. Decided to Google first before calling them. biggrin.gif

remember hold your unifi bill
then call them provide all information
then they will provide u id and password XD

Laptop can only use unifi when i set to google dns. if i put auto dns, unifi wont work on my laptop. weird, I use to thought it is the vice versa way instead. Is this normal?

Did you change your router wan dns setting? And don't change the dhcp dns just keep it at default. And also check whether your network adapter ipv4 and ipv6 is set to obtain automatically both ip and dns.

After agents submit my order I call to cancel. Have not install yet... I am looking for ASUS AC87 or AC88

lol...its not stupid la my friend....its just to keep things secured to counter hackers and others.

Its already becoming global requirement to have password embedded with multi case letters and numbers and symbols as well

But it's silly because it's not encrypted on their end. Anyone with access can view your password.
To make things worse, the password remains the same and you can't change it.

anyone having network issues?

i subscribe for vip20 but almost every night the speed drop to <5mbps. last night even drop below 1mbps. it was still ok at last few week..like drop to 15mbps but this week drop badly. i already complain to their fb just have to wait their respond

I cancel due to that agent did get my permission the day they submit application for Unifi as the form is actually submitted on April,2016. They said just fill in the form, once service available they will call me. But suddenly receive email from Unifi already. Account and home number all reseller cincai put. Angry

maybe you can look for mikrotik router. more stable + no need flash third-party firmware.
