Share your plan bundle from OCC UniFi.
If there's free call then good for you, I doubt it comes with any. I have been using for more than a year and it has been removed this year.
Nevertheless, it's not a problem for me. biggrin.gif

Well I registered online and called for further information within 3 days. And now waiting installation for one week. Confirmed already no free call. Any call to local line will be charged. Anyway no difference to me since I won't use it to call. Lol.....

Unifi in the office is redirecting google.com to google.co.jp (Japan local google); anyone else seeing similar issues?

i just called tm, my order not yet in their order list
they said they need 7 days to put my name in the order list and another 7 days for installation
i tot i can get by this week
guess another long weekend for me sad.gif

Walking in to TMPoint is faster, I took me only 3 days to get it installed

After that called u and confirm all T&C... How many day took after confirm with them and get the installation date?

Do you tell them your reference no such as CMBUA-02112016-XX (Assumed you registered online on last Wednesday)? Without reference no, they hard to trace for you.

Basically TM will confirm with us all details of package we take ie Unifi Advance 30MB RM179. No free call given and if any call, charge will be billed accordingly. 3 user IDs was selected by us at our choice.

guys, on this thread 1st post mentioned that package RM88/1Mbps can get max speed of 4Mbps and the household income must be RM1500/month. Can I use my father pension certificate to request through CFM? My father has been using RM88 package for more than 8 years already I think.

Yes. I got reference no start with CMBUA like yours. They got mentioned my reference number during conversation and said will get free one month on second month... But, yesterday I call 100 to ask when the order will update and inform them my reference number. But they unable to check any record (they will submit order within 7days). That person when I call 100 ask the name who talked with me, but I dont remember his name already.....

I call 100,ask about my registration,the operator said no record yet,so I said I want to complaint,n the operator herself said she will give my complaint as 'urgent',within 1hour I got sms from tm my installer will come next monday
