i just get called by samsung, and i ask for the screen warranty stuff..then the representative divert my phone to another people who sound more pro , answering my question in professional way, ....

so the answer i get from her is : the compensation gift is 1 tented glass screen protector & 1 screen crack protector (more tough protect than tented glass =.= which is she say)..... so thats mean no such 1 year protection warranty stuff... the final is 2 slide of screen protector....

i dunno its really final confirm or not but at least she sound confidence ..hahhaa

at last i suggest them announce this to their fb with photo attach to avoid the mistake because the last post they post is 1 year warranty.. i hope they can explain tis on fb asap...

may be the next person who receive call can looking for her to answer your question... her name is Tiffany...

Just call hotline YES,YesCare. The operator asked me to return 1st note 7. Then they will give the new one when available. Yes still not release official statement regarding recall issue.

Maxis just called and agreed me to return on 29/9-15/10 with 1 to 1 replacement.

currently using s6 edge and i am considering between the note 7 and i7. Strongly leaning towards the i7 because of the battery-geate although the inital plan was to get a note7. then i came across this!!

i got this battery pack 2 weeks ago and am loving it. 20 mins to get the phone back up to 60% and back to daily routine. dont need to keep a wire dangling from the bag or pocket like someone doing IV drips.lol...I didnt even know it had this feature! will be an amazing feature when you are travelling to only have 1 charger. this feature alone made me to wait for the relaunch of the note 7 samsung needs better marketing. so many features that are not marketed unlike the I7 which basically lots of "big canon" talk...lol

First of all, sorry if you think my post misleading. But what I did was just posting a link and the topic of the article. I didn't even comment any thing on that. I only asked those people who take fight in Australia to take note about thisd. Where got misleading?

Second, yes. My posts were mostly about the bad news regarding Note 7. But did I create those issues in the first place? Again, nope. I just shared the news and info. FYI, I didn't tell people to stop using/buying/jump ship. What I did was just sharing the news. Losing faith to Samsung is one thing, sharing the news is one thing. Please don't mix them up.

Third, I didn't repeat itself. The info I shared in each post were diffferent. They might sound similar, but none of them were repeated.

Fourth, I am chill. What I did was looking at this case from the perspective of a potential buyer.

Last but not the least, I know you guys don't like people to bash your favourite products in your favourite thread. I understand. But since when it's a crime to inform/report the news and facts in here? You don't like the news. You don't like the facts. Fine. You can skip them. But now you guys are asking me to not to post those news? Where's the freedom of speech in here?

Thanks for the info coz now only I know it support Pass-Through Charging. Yea it did charge quite fast.
Currently I only use 2 main charging source for Note 7, Wireless Charging (with fast Charge) + Samsung 10200mAh Fast Charge Battery Pack (free gift).

I know, bro. In this real world, nothing is perfect. Just feel a bit weird to know that some people choose to ignore the bads and ugly. Anyway, it's their life, it's their own choice.

Me: how about the screen crack warranty, samseng is giving free to all but what bout those who have bought...
