My wife received a call from Digi.

Will send the replacement unit by courier to the pre order address on the 29th Sep. Must be acknowledged received by me. The old one just pack it nicely in the box and handover to the delivery person. All charges have been paid.

Since i was not at home when Digi called. Will give them a call tomorrow to find out more details.

install the smart switch in your pc.. connect the usb to backup the data and restore the data when you get your new pipi

For those who had hang and restart problem try using power saving mode. After using power saving mode this morning my phone doesn't hang and restart anymore today.
