People bought then only found out this issue

however, like all things, once settled, people will forget and continue buying smile.gif

Its pretty straightforward actually. Its the battery supplier's fault. Just as Honda with the Takata airbags recall. Once this issue has been rectified, I dont see any issues with using the phones again.

And you have to be joking Samsung's brand image is not as strong as toyota and honda. Its the largest smartphone manufacturer in the world right now.

For sure, Samsung will have no problem at all in their motherland Korea bacause Samsung is one of the backbones of Korea's economy structure. They won't let it down so easily. Not at this moment.

But for the international market, that will be another story to tell.

Lol. Is mois a frog under the well giving comment here?

Google Samsung Brand World Ranking and you will see if they are strong or not. Or maybe Proton is a strong brand?

true, since this issue created quite a big social attention...but i believe that as time passed, samsung will regain the users' confidence. Perhaps they will have to do better in terms of marketing, pricing and innovation to achieve that tongue.gif which in turn benefits us as the users hehe

i see. thanks.  smile.gif
the box was sealed and complete with in-box accessories.
just dont have additional box of travel adapter.
*
looks like you may have been "short-changed". the travel adaptor is part of the pre-order deal.

maybe check your DO and see if it was mentioned? but... dun think can argue now that you're missing the travel adaptor.

anyway, no need to return this adaptor. unless you plan to get refund.
