Is it? I thought that the bootloop would be fixed after they changed the battery...looks like the bootloop issue has nothing to do with the faulty battery. 

I asked them again for re-confirm they say need to bring full set with accessories

Bought the official leather case yesterday.
I do wish that the black leather slightly in darker black.
Have nice in-hand feeling. Much better than any spigen case that used before.
Top portion only have slight raise lips, while bottom part pretty exposed.

I only using it occasionally because the protection is not as the TPU Transparent Back Cover which I almost using all the time.

I believe SG allow the return without accessories to save all the potential trouble. There are really many loose accessories in the box. Sure have customers who lost some of the items or even forget to return in a full set. Hence it will be quite messy actually. Of course they can choose to remove those from your new set or even ask you to buy one to replace it.

SG samsung only need the phone. alot of us took out the Spen and Sim tray... they even ask us to keep the Spen..

they just need the phone for dispose. the rest we keep.. box, cable etc..
