I just got an Open Dispute Case on my Paypal, and I'm clueless what should I do. can anyone explain? I bought funds from a LYN member here and a few days later Paypal sent me the Open Dispute Case. here's a screenshot of the paypal.

as for your biz account, once you receive the fund from the buyer and u will charge at a certain percentage of amount.

however, withdrawal via debit card will have a fee of usd5 per withdrawal which up to limit USD500 per transaction

hey guys, I verified 2 CC, and yet I'm still stuck with a sending limit... any idea what is going on? I heard this only happens to new users...

Hie all...

I just verified my paypal account and about to extend my rapidshare account of 55 Eu. But to my dismay this error msg appeared.

"Unfortunately your payment was not accepted by PayPal. We are now redirecting you to PayPal. Please choose an alternative payment method from within your PayPal Account"

I am using HSBC mastercard btw.

Anyone could help me on this?

The error is regarding ur card... u using credit card or debit card...?

So, did rapidshare issue "Request Fund" to ur email or u pay to their paypal a/c? Never try Rapidshare, so don't know how's their process...

Maybe need to wait for expert to assist u...

that 7 ringgit is for the CC verification, USD 1.95 or sumething, paypal did stipulate in their website, once my CC being verified that amount will be refunded to my paypal acc. But it is still yet to be refunded.
Maybe I'll wait for a couple of days.

Rapidshare extension will brought me to a paypal login page (request me to log to my paypal acc - ie login n password), only then they will prompt me 'Pay Now' button to extend the acc.

But to my dismay, this error msg appered once I clicked PAY NOW button:

Err guys after reading thru all pages in this thread, well i made up my mind and thx to the ppl who share their experience in this thread.

Anyway I went to Public Bank and registered for the PBVE, and that girl said will take like 10 working days b4 its ready. and I ask her wats the min balance should be in the card, she said now nonid minimum RM25 liao, if u debit RM100, u can use RM100 hehe. thats good.

Anyway I need to pay online with PayPal soon enuf and mightcant wait for the PBVE to complete.

So my question is, lets say I have a friend that have verified personal PP account with creds card linked to his account.

1) Can I just pay him in RM and then he will transfer the PP funds in USD to my unverified PP account?

2) Can I receive the PP funds on my unverified PP account?

3) Will I be able to use the funds I received to pay for the subscription?

4) Will there be any charges that my friend need to pay?

I have verified my paypal and I have received a few payment in USD so far.
Well, what I want to know is:
1) What's the different between personal and premier account?
2) If using premier acc, do we have to pay for it?

The reason I want to know about premier acc because I'm afraid that if using personal acc, there would be a "certain" limit for sending and received funds...

Any advices?

if u are personal acc and u wanan get rid of the limit, simply get vcc or bank acc linked. therefore ur verified and wont have limit

premier/business will charge u some amount for fee

Like any other website like RapidShare and Megaupload, you can join for free like the paypal but to lift up certain limits, you have to verified and have paid acc...
