Hello guys, hope you can clear some of my doubts. I have read all the 32 pages and still confuse.

1. My account is unverified, can i still receive payments? can i still make payments?

2. If i use the Public bank debit card, can I use the debit card to withdraw my paypal fund in cash form? If not, can i use the debit card to purchase items, for example in shopping complex?

3. If i am selling some goods to a buyer. What info should i provide to him so that he can made payment to my paypal account? is there any numbers or code? sorry for asking a silly question.

I plan to sell an in-game resources online (legit), and I am kinda wary of scams. Is there any advice?

Thank you

1. You can do both send and receive funds, but there's a limit for unverified account.

2. Yep, you can withdraw Paypal funds to Public Bank Visa Electron Debit Card with a small amount of charges.

3. Your email address that register for Paypal.

another question, my paypal account is registered using my nickname, while of course my debit card would need to be registered using my real name right..in this case, would i face any problem?

Regarding this... I don't it would cause any problem. But for the address and everything, I think it's better to put down your real name. It's because when you send @ received the funds, people would know from who they will received it then tongue.gif

I heard/read from this forum that using MBB debit card, it doesn't work for verifying paypal. Only Ambank and Public Bank debit card are acceptable.

yeah, i'd suggest you really do your proper homework about which debit cards are able to verify paypal.
i'm using the stanchart e$aver debit card and it cannot verify paypal.

Thanks for your info ^^
I've been reading this thread for quite some times. And according to what I found (based on what other LYN forumer experienced), only AmBank & Public Bank Debit Card are acceptable.
Now since you mentioned standard e$aver dbt card can't verified paypal, atleast we already know there's 2 card that are unacceptable...

Tunemoney Prepaid Visa Card can be use in Paypal and Itunes. It works like a charm. The only drawback of the card is the SLOW PROCESSING. Took them 3-4 weeks to delivered my card.

Really? Thanks for sharing. I was browsing the web and I find that it was something new (well, atleast that's for me *grins*)

Just wondering though since you using the card, how do you add in the funds since the card works like pre-paid card?

For offfline, you can add your fund by visiting CIMB Bank, Bank Simpanan Nasional and e-pay. For online, you can use MEPS-FPX(Maybank2u and few other banks). I use Maybank2u to add my fund. The online way is the easiest and cheapest because they will only charge you RM0.50 while they charge you RM2 if u use the offline way tongue.gif

Submit document for verified? I did that once before and it only took a couple of days for the approval.
In my case, it was for verifying home address brows.gif

Prince of Andalus >>> Well, in my opinion lah, I think it's better for you to drop "bin". sweat.gif

arief_9>>> Thanks for your tips. I think I would like to try your method since there's a few stuff in the internet still need credit card visa to purchase it. nod.gif
