Can i use maybank visa debit card on paypal ???

hie hie...would like to ask all the expert here..i am new in paypal....n i just registered myself an account today...already link my credit card but not yet confirm as not yet get the code from my card statement...
i understand there is a limit to sending money for unverified account...i check my amount and it is stated USD 1000 as my limit.

I tried to make a payment just now for SGD 200 which is almost USD 137...paypal denied my transaction saying it is over my limit...may i know what is happening ??

AFAIK, the answer is no... I also got Maybank Visa Debit Card, try register it on Paypal but got rejected... I alos found out that Maybank Visa Debit Card can't be used on lots of international e-shop... Apply for nothing

U try to apply for Public Bank Visa Debit Card, can be accepted by Paypal

If u have online credit card statement, u just have to wait few days up to 1 week and the code will be shown in the statement..

U are getting over limit because u have no fund in your paypal account now, although u have activated ur credit card but u havent confirm with the code yet so its still considered "unactivated"..

U cant do anything now except wait for the code to get verified, or buy paypal from other ppl.

Want to ask some N00b question...I'm a Verified Paypal user & I'm using Debit Card. So, in order to pay for something, I need to only state the amount & seller's email only, rite? No need to have any cash inside my Paypal A/C, rite?

If not mistaken its 60 days, its stated somewhere in the FAQ or something

i've called already, but no transaction in the statement from paypal... i submit it on 6th feb, shd received now rite?

What bank is that?? mine is publicbank, create acct today, call to bank card customer service the next 2days and ask for paypal verification code. Done everything.
