is it ppls still can transfer money to my acc?

Hi,
last week i have enter my maybank debit card to verify my paypal acc. then paypal said need 2-3 days to send me the verification code to verify my paypal. but until today i still not yet receive the code. what should i do? |

Hi, I've register paypal but dunno how to link my RHB credit card.
and i heard my fren said that need to register RHB 3D Secure through RHB website 1st, is it necessary? and is it same like Maybankard Secure Online Shopping (MSOS)? |
