Err guys after reading thru all pages in this thread, well i made up my mind and thx to the ppl who share their experience in this thread.

Anyway I went to Public Bank and registered for the PBVE, and that girl said will take like 10 working days b4 its ready. and I ask her wats the min balance should be in the card, she said now nonid minimum RM25 liao, if u debit RM100, u can use RM100 hehe. thats good.

Anyway I need to pay online with PayPal soon enuf and mightcant wait for the PBVE to complete.

So my question is, lets say I have a friend that have verified personal PP account with creds card linked to his account.

1) Can I just pay him in RM and then he will transfer the PP funds in USD to my unverified PP account?

2) Can I receive the PP funds on my unverified PP account?

3) Will I be able to use the funds I received to pay for the subscription?

4) Will there be any charges that my friend need to pay?
