But if u apply also pre approved loan to know your loan status whether success or fail. Only certain bank able to do pre approve. After u ballot, remember check ur Sale Purchase Order Form make sure it able to see it clearly like unit number, price and etc. |

As confirmed, for 2nd batch applicant. 1) Prepare rm 5k as deposit in cheque or bank draft. 2) You will be assigned to different session 3) Ballot the unit and no need sign snp on the spot 4) Required to sign snp within 14 days. Cancellation will be refund your 5k First batch and 2nd batch applicant can join whatsapp group to know more. Pm me |
