may I know how's the quality of Rumawip project so far? is there any done project currently?

60 feet width is how many lanes? 2 on both side total 4 or 3 on both side total 6 lanes?

btw forsee mont kiara / segambut will have better quality of life because hannah yeoh contesting. can see she bring alot of benefit to people of subang.

I fear that both will be equally congested...but personally prefer SP cos am PJ lang and always hangout at Mid Valley.
The 2500 units is just scary to imagine with that single access road. Future also got Bon Kiara there as well. Even without Bon Kiara, 3200 units affordable housing sharing the same access and need to go through the narrow kampung road at Jalan Segambut is enough to make one cry. One needs to try going there during peak hour to see if can tolerate it for long term.

It's doable for sure because heavy vehicles need to go in to clear the land. Unless there is another access point for the upcoming PR1MA which is quite unlikely. Pity the KK residents who have to live with the construction noise, dust and bad roads during the PR1MA construction.

Cause KK there single access point only for now.. Future don't know la. Congested like crazy.

I went to UEM showroom at Mont Kiara today and the lady told me 250 unit was taken in the ballot yesterday. Previous balloting was about 160. So about 50% gone already.

Is it? Is the ballot all in the same session in the day or there'll be multiple session?

Btw, which is faster? Submitting the document at UEM office or Rumahwip office?

Their office is at Putrajaya right? So far...I think I'll submit to UEM office 

No idea man. I gonna print out the kiosk version just to be safe. It took around 3 weeks to see the change in status.

Yea very troublesome since it needs to be on weekdays and I have to work on weekdays.

Btw Bestsolution, do I need to bring any documents or anything when I go sign for the surat akuan sumpah? Or just bring that 1 piece paper, go there and sign that's it?
