FYI , this is freehold ya. I can tell u not many rumahwip is freehold , mostly all is leasehold.

I cant guaranteed but 99 years I dont think we can live so long, but if u want inheritance to your next next next generation then will be problem.

Yes u can cancel on the spot or before 21 days after u signed spa.

Penalty only when u decided don't want unit but after 21 days signed SPA.

first home buyer in KL only, if you have house at other states, it is still eligible to apply with evidence you work or stay at KL.

my application has been updated and now i am 'layak untuk dicabut undi'. Wonder when will be the next balloting? hopefully i will be around town then

election coming soon, so a really juvenile question from me here, would all these Rumawip, Prima, PPA1m housing schemes affected by the change of government ( if it ever happened la). Just wondering.

Since the responsibility to build this Kiara Kasih is under UEM, i doubt that it will be affected in any way. I hope.

This project worth to buy ah? Called kiara but is disguised.. Macam spy in mont kiara in reality segambut dalam.. Those buy have u visited site or not especially after work 6 o7pm? Bless me if i everydaypass ther3 i may die early

One man's meat is another man's poison. for 300k, this is a good buy in my opinion. I am well aware of the traffic there, but given that there are a few new developments coming up in jalan kiara 3, meaning the area has potential for further development. no traffic means no potential growth.

Yes u have chance to get 100% loan but with high interest rate. You can try MBB first.

Depend on your preferences, this is definitely worth to buy la, freehold +nearby mont kiara + only 300k. If u concern about traffic more or less u will still jam jam jam. As there are more and more development in segambut already. Nearby us incoming got PRIMA already with few thousand unit.

Hi guys, my application finally got approved. “Layak ditawar”. So I know my next step is to bring the letter and go to Lembah Suria/UEM Sunrise office, but does anyone know if they open in weekends or they follow office hours meaning Mon-Fri only?

And also - anyone got 100% loan for this and is easy to get? Am a bit traumatised by some posts here that said 90% loan and pay 25k (or was it 35k) upfront.

*First time house buyer here, excuse the n00b questions y’all.

After signed S&P, it is the reponsiblity of the developer to complete the house. For your info UEM sunrise is premium developer. You can check back their record and pervious project.

I called UEM office today and they said willl notify qualify buyer on the next ballot date. As I know for the downpayment rm30k, you may either get it from own pocket or EPF. For 100% loan, maybe you need to check with banker on this. Different bank can offer different package of loan.

UEM Downpayment:

90% Bank Loan --> RM30k
100% Bank Loan --> RM5k booking fees

Hi all, my application also approve from sedang diproses to tawaran unit.

Anyone know what to do next step? I really need you guys help as my bahasa not good, not really understand what the letter say.
I'm also a first house buyer.
Wish to know how to get 100% loan.
